Remove water tank from heat source using magnetic closure and preheat machine by turning the crank twice. Couple portafilter to machine.

What is so Special about the TWINISTA?
The TWINISTA is a portable espresso machine – without electricity, without battery, but with genuine Swiss engineering. It is made of high-quality, durable materials and is perfect for home or on the go.
Can a Lungo Coffee also be Produced with the Machine?
The TWINISTA machine is a classic portafilter espresso machine in terms of the brewing process. Therefore, in addition to ristretto and espresso, lungo can also be created, the grind of your coffee powder only needs to be adjusted. With the TWINSITA you can prepare either 2x Ristretto/Espresso or 2x Kaffeelungo (110ml each) at once.
Do I Need Electricity or Batteries to Prepare Espresso?
No. The TWINISTA works without electricity or electronics, completely manually. The hot water tank can be placed on any heat source (gas, hot plate, fire, grill etc.) – very simple and flexible.
